What are the permitted event hours?
Events can take place from 9am to 4am.
Can Fábrica L and Fábrica XL be used together?
Yes. Both spaces can operate separately or together, as they are directly connected by several internal passageways. This flexibility allows events of different sizes and configurations to be accommodated.
What is the maximum capacity?
The combined total capacity is 2,870 people. Fábrica XL holds up to 1,970 for concerts and 1,000 for conferences. Fábrica L holds up to 900 for concerts and 500 for conferences. Configurations vary depending on the event type.
Is parking available?
Yes. In partnership with Placegar, we offer integrated parking with direct booking through the venue, guaranteed spaces and immediate proximity to the spaces. The solution covers organizers, technical teams and guests.
What is the smoking policy?
Fábrica L and Fábrica XL are smoke-free spaces. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area, including e-cigarettes and vapes. A dedicated outdoor smoking area is available.
